SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days, Shipping costs will be calculated automatically and shown when confirming your purchase; they might vary depending on the package’s destination, size, and weight.

You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order for international shipments depending on your country. All items are currently shipped from the UK, and currently, we ship to some EU and non- EU countries Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Andorra, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Korea, Japan, Australia, EE.UU., and Canada.

A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent when your order has been shipped.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods incurred during return shipping. Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted.

RETURNS

We accept returns on unworn items, in perfect condition that are returned to us within 14 days of purchase with original labels attached.

**Please note goods returned after this time without prior agreement will not be accepted and you will need to pay additional postage to have the goods shipped back to you **

If your order comes from outside the UK, please contact us on hello@studio-koter.com.


If your order comes from within the UK, please send your parcel back to the following address with original packing note, (or name, address & order number) and we will proceed with reimbursement once Studio Koter receives the parcel.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot reimburse for any lost, stolen or damaged good incurred during the return shipping, so we suggesting using a tracked service and retaining your proof of postage until your refund is complete.

Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed. If you have not received a confirmation of your return after this time, please contact us on hello@studio-koter.com

**Important note, for International exchanges/Returns: Items must be marked as ‘Returned Goods’ on all customs declarations. If we are asked to pay duty charges on returned shipments, this amount will be deducted from your refund. We cannot be held responsible if the courier company does not contact us for duty payment and returns your package back to you. You as the customer must keep track of the return and are responsible for it until it is
delivered to us**


ORDER ISSUES

No worn goods should be returned without prior agreement & No goods past our 14 days returns policy should be returned without prior agreement.

If you have ordered a Studio Koter product through one of our stockists, you must contact the store directly who will contact us if necessary, we cannot refund or replace items bought from elsewhere.

If you find a fault present with any item received, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of package.

If you have an issue with your order, email us on hello@studio-koter.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue if relevant.

If we receive a parcel from you containing worn goods or goods past the returns period without prior agreement, and we do not find any manufacturer fault, then it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for the goods to be
returned to them.

Refunds or replacements will not be given for worn goods unless a valid manufacturer fault is found. Damage such as snags, pilling, rips or pulls in yarn, etc, after goods have been worn, are considered as general wear and tear. We are not liable for any accidental damage incurred through wear.

We are not liable for any damage incurred through incorrect laundering. Our care instructions are tried and tested, and when followed correctly do not cause shrinkage or stretching. Laundering issues are caused by the temperature or agitation level in the wash being too high, or from tumble drying, which, as per our care label, should be avoided. Refunds or replacements will not be given for such issues.
